4 to 10 Summary Video for Tawanda Orsley

Performance of Services: I, Darryl Lewis, will provide adequate coverage for Tawanda Orsley video and will produce our highest quality video for Tawanda Orsley. Darryl Lewis will deliver the professionally produced video content in a timely manner (by or before December 4th, 2021).

Payment I, Darryl Lewis, chose to do this video for Tawanda Orsley for free and is open to receiving donation.

If you decide to give a donation please give through cash.

Term: Darryl Lewis and Tawanda Orsley agree that this Contract shall begin on . Contract must be sign and after the contract is signed, the date will be secure. Darryl Lewis shall provide Tawanda Orsley with the video content of the final design by or before December 4th, 2021. Contract may be extended and/or renewed by agreement of all parties in writing thereafter.

WORD PRODUCT OWNERSHIP: Any copyrightable works, ideas, discoveries, product, or other information (collectively, the “Work Product”) developed in whole or in part by Darryl Lewis in connection with the Services will be the property of Tawanda Orsley. Upon request, Darryl Lewis will execute all documents necessary to confirm or perfect the exclusive ownership of Tawanda Orsley to the Work Product.

Can Darryl Lewis have access to video and raw files for promotional use?

Courtesy: The video and schedule and selected methodology are designed to accomplish the goals and wishes of Tawanda Orsley . Tawanda Orsley and Darryl Lewis that positive cooperation and punctuality are therefore essential.

Warranty: Darryl Lewis shall provide his or her services and meet his or her obligation under this contract in a timely and workmanlike manner, using knowledge and recommendation for performing the services which meet generally acceptable standards in Darryl Lewis community region, and will provide a standard of care equal to, superior to, care used by service provides similar to Darryl Lewis projects.

Notice: Any notice or communication required or permitted under this Contract shall be sufficiently given if delivered in person or by email, return receipt requested or to such other address as one party may have furnished to the other in writing. Assignment Neither party may assign or transfer this Contract without the prior written consent of the non-assigning party, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld.
