Description of Service: Darryl Lewis will provide Sheila Dubose’s Daughter Reveal Graduation Video

Performance of Services: I, Darryl Lewis, will provide adequate coverage for Sheila Dubose video content and will produce our highest quality video for Sheila Dubose. Darryl Lewis will deliver the professionally produced video content in a timely manner.

Payment I, Sheila Dubose, agree to pay Darryl Lewis, a Deposit of $50 in consideration of the video content to secure the date. In consideration for this fee, the sum of $450 will be due between April 10^th.

Term: Darryl Lewis and Sheila Dubose agree that this Contract shall begin on . Contract must be sign then deposit is due. Price and package plan could change if contract is not sign before April 1st, 2021, by 12:00am. Darryl Lewis shall provide Sheila Dubose with the video content of the final design by or before May 1st, 2021. Contract may be extended and/or renewed by agreement of all parties in writing thereafter.

WORD PRODUCT OWNERSHIP: Any copyrightable works, ideas, discoveries, product, or other information (collectively, the “Work Product”) developed in whole or in part by Darryl Lewis in connection with the Services will be the property of Sheila Dubose. Upon request, Darryl Lewis will execute all documents necessary to confirm or perfect the exclusive ownership of Sheila Dubose to the Work Product.

Courtesy: The video content schedule and selected methodology are designed to accomplish the goals and wishes of Sheila Dubose. Sheila Dubose and Darryl Lewis that positive cooperation and punctuality are therefore essential.

Warranty: Darryl Lewis shall provide his or her services and meet his or her obligation under this contract in a timely and workmanlike manner, using knowledge and recommendation for performing the services which meet generally acceptable standards in Darryl Lewis community region, and will provide a standard of care equal to, superior to, care used by service provides similar to Darryl Lewis projects.

Default: The occurrence of any of the following shall constitute a material default under this contract.

The failure to make a required payment when due b. The insolvency or bankruptcy of either party
The failure to make available or deliver the Services in the time of manner provided for in this contract.

Notice: Any notice or communication required or permitted under this Contract shall be sufficiently given if delivered in person or by email, return receipt requested or to such other address as one party may have furnished to the other in writing. Assignment Neither party may assign or transfer this Contract without the prior written consent of the non-assigning party, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld.
