Lynn Walker Marketing Contract


The Versatile Impact LLC Contract is made effective as of June 1, 2023 by and between Lynn Walker and Darryl Lewis

Date Start: June 1, 2023

Description of Service: Darryl Lewis will provide Lynn Walker: 

  • Coming up with a marketing calendar/structure/strategy to attract potential clients for New Trendz Barbering Academy

 

  • Post on Facebook and Instagram 3 times a week (include: reels, stories, post) for New Trendz Barbering Academy

 

  • Post on YouTube once a month New Trendz Barbering Academy

 

  • Come to location once a month to get photo and video content for New Trendz Barbering Academy

 

  • Data Analytics Report once a month New Trendz Barbering Academy

 

  • Monthly maintenance over websites for New Trendz Barbering Academy and Advance Association of Cosmetology

 

  • Build online course for Advance Association of Cosmetology

 

  • Cancel at anytime

 

  • Gas is included for travel within 62 mile radius. .40 cent per galloon after 62 miles.

Performance of Services: I, Darryl Lewis, will provide adequate coverage for Lynn Walker marketing content and will produce our highest quality marketing content for Lynn Walker.

Payment I, Lynn Walker, agree to pay Darryl Lewis, a Deposit of $125 in consideration of the marketing content to by or before October 1st, 2021. In consideration for this fee, the sum of $125.00 each week on Fridays will be due.

How would you like to pay for this service?

Term: Darryl Lewis and Lynn Walker that this Contract shall begin on June 1, 2023. Contract must be sign and  Darryl Lewis shall provide Lynn Walker with the marketing content in a timely manner. Contract will be extended, renewed, evaluated 6 months (March 21st, 2022) by agreement of all parties in writing thereafter.

WORD PRODUCT OWNERSHIP: Any copyrightable works, ideas, discoveries, product, or other information (collectively, the “Work Product”) developed in whole or in part by Darryl Lewis in connection with the Services will be the property of Lynn Walker. Upon request, Darryl Lewis will execute all documents necessary to confirm or perfect the exclusive ownership of Lynn Walker to the Work Product.

Courtesy: The marketing content schedule and selected methodology are designed to accomplish the goals and wishes of Lynn Walker. Lynn Walker and Darryl Lewis that positive cooperation and punctuality are therefore essential.

Warranty: Darryl Lewis shall provide Lynn Walker services and meet Lynn Walker obligation under this contract in a timely and workmanlike manner, using knowledge and recommendation for performing the services which meet generally acceptable standards in Darryl Lewis community region, and will provide a standard of care equal to, superior to, care used by service provides similar to Darryl Lewis projects.

Default: The occurrence of any of the following shall constitute a material default under this contract.

  1. The failure to make a required payment when due
  2. The insolvency or bankruptcy of either party
  3. The failure to make available or deliver the Services in the time of manner provided for in this contract.

Notice: Any notice or communication required or permitted under this Contract shall be sufficiently given if delivered in person or by email, return receipt requested or to such other address as one party may have furnished to the other in writing. Assignment Neither party may assign or transfer this Contract without the prior written consent of the non-assigning party, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld.
